To activate the cooling function, simply press the ON/OFF button located at the base of the device. Within a few seconds, the cold surface reaches the desired temperature, and a blue light turns on to indicate that it is working properly. Each session lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds, during which the device provides a controlled and soothing cold.

The Héra device allows you to adjust the temperature according to your personal preferences. Using the “+” and “-” buttons, you can choose between two levels of cooling: 10 °C (indicated by a light blue light) for gentle cooling, or 0 °C (dark blue light) for a more intense cold. The mobile app allows for more precise adjustment across 6 levels. With each change in level, a slight vibration is felt and the color of the light changes.

For quick and effective relief, place Héra on so-called thermosensitive areas: the nape of the neck, the upper chest, the forearms, or even the face. These areas react particularly well to cold, which helps to quickly reduce the sensation of heat throughout the body.

Once the session is finished, the device enters the cooling phase. It then emits a flashing red light and vibrates slightly: this means it should no longer be in contact with the skin. When the green light turns on, you can restart a new session or turn off the device by pushing the OFF button (from right to left). It is recommended to turn off Héra after each use to preserve its battery.

The Héra device connects easily to the mobile app via Bluetooth. Once the app is downloaded, a tutorial guides you step-by-step through the device setup, from adjusting the temperature to customizing your relief preferences.

The Athana app allows you to set your device's temperature between 0°C and 10°C according to your needs. You can also monitor the remaining battery life and, very soon, view a detailed history of your hot flashes in the form of daily, weekly, or monthly reports. This feature will allow for more precise tracking of your daily well-being.

Before using Héra for the first time, it is essential to fully charge it. Plug it in using the provided USB-C cable: a purple light will turn on while charging. Once the battery is full, the light turns blue. Then, press the ON button to start the device.

No. The Héra device is not waterproof. It must never be rinsed or submerged in any liquid. To clean it, use an antiseptic wipe or a damp, soapy cloth. Daily maintenance is recommended to ensure the hygiene and durability of the product.

The Héra device features a high-capacity battery that provides up to 72 hours of battery life or approximately 50 relief sessions per full charge. This makes it a reliable everyday companion, both at home and on the go.

A full charge of the device takes approximately 60 minutes, or slightly longer depending on conditions. It is recommended to charge it regularly to ensure optimal performance.

Héra must not be used on an open wound, injury, or irritated area. It is also recommended not to leave the device within reach of children, who should not handle it without adult supervision. In the event of a malfunction (overheating, unusual vibrations, etc.), stop using it immediately.

The device is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used in accordance with the instructions. The battery is guaranteed for 1 year. Any unauthorized repair attempt voids the warranty.
